The Forest Suites Resort offers ski packages and are some of Lake Tahoe's best values in a premier location next to the new Heavenly Village and walking distance to the Heavenly Ski Resort Gondola and the exciting nightlife of the Stateline casinos.

A perfect place to accommodate your group for a business meeting, family reunion leisure group or wedding, and just steps away from the exciting nightlife of the Stateline casinos, unique shops and wonderful dining.

At Forest Suites Resort, our spacious non-smoking, condo-style suites are among the largest in Lake Tahoe. In addition to our suites, we offer traditional hotel rooms appointed with all the conveniences of a resort hotel. Our one and two bedroom suites range from 650 to 850 square feet and feature a spacious living room, separate dining area and a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay away from home. The second bedroom features a choice of either a queen bed and a twin day bed or a single King bed.

Some rooms offer a gas fireplace, sleeper couch, lounge chairs and much more.

All other traditional rooms are newly remodeled with a choice of a Kind bed or two double beds and feature a work table and two chairs, coffee maker, 27" television and air conditioning. Sleeps 2-4.
