Secure Online Transactions
The online reservations area of Lake Tahoe Hotels Discount Reservations is secure. This means that any personal and private information you provide to us is protected by encryption and SSL (secure socket layer) technology.

How can you tell your transaction is truly secure?
There are several ways to confirm that the site you are using is secure -- you will see either a padlock (if you are using Internet Explorer) or a key (if you are using Netscape) near the bottom of your browser window. This varies depending upon your browser. Also, when using a secure server, the address changes from http: to https: in the address bar on your browser. This indicates you are on a secure server using encryption and/or SSL technology.

Reservations Payments
All reservations must be prepaid in full to a credit card at the time of booking.  Full payment is required to book a reservation. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged for the total price of the reservation, including all applicable taxes. All credit cards are processed immediately. We use a Secure Socket Layer to protect the personal information that is requested. Note that the address you enter must be the billing address of the credit card.

Refunds, Cancellations & Revisions 
All Cancellations or Revisions must be made through our Customer Service at 1-800-445-1685.
International Customers may call (702) 794-2820) Ext 103 or Code 103.
Cancellations or Revisions received via email will not be accepted.

All cancellations after card is processed are subject to a $30.00 processing fee per room. Cancellations within three (3) days of arrival are subject to a $30.00 processing fee and the first night room charge due to the hotel, per room. 

No-Show's at the hotel are subject to the $30.00 processing fee and the first night room charge, due to the hotel. The hotel will automatically cancel all additional nights in the event of a no-show, unless prior arrangements are made with our Customer Service Department. 

Revisions in any existing reservations are subject to a $30.00 processing fee per room. 

Relocation/Disclaimer: 
We do not anticipate being oversold and will use its best efforts to avoid any inconvenience to our customers. However, in the event of an oversold situation, we will relocate a customer to a property of comparable or better accommodations, if such accommodations are available, at no additional charge to customer, and without liability for such relocation. 

We operate as a reservation service, and are not the hotel, thus cannot accept any liability for incidents occurring at the property. We cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to acts of God, transportation cancellations, or other events beyond our control.
